Once you contact us, we will set up an agreed upon time to visit you. At that time, we will answer any questions, and provide you with a written contract. We always ask that the homeowner(s) be present at the time of the estimate so that any and all concerns can be addressed. We anticipate that you may have some questions and concerns. The interaction also allows our estimators to ask questions clarify any concerns that they might have.
The Painting Process
It all starts with the surface preparation. If the surface is not properly prepared, it will have a direct effect on the longevity of the paint application. At Korbee Painting, we take great pride in ensuring that a surface is properly prepared before there is any application of products. Here is a breakdown of how your surface area will be prepared and how the paint will be applied to your exterior.
* Thoroughly power wash entire exterior surface
* Seal all cracks
* Thoroughly scrape loose and peeling paint (Anything the power wash missed)
* Cover all landscaping, bushes, windows and other non-painted areas
* Spray the exterior body
* Brush and roll the trim (Facia boards, doors, door frames, etc.)

Interior Painting
The Interior Painting process starts by setting the proper expectations. We understand that you may have to take time out of your busy schedule, so we want to you’re your experience as simple and pleasant as possible. From your first contact, to the final walk around, we will do what it takes to make your overall experience an enjoyable one.
When Korbee Painting beautifies your interior, you can expect the following:
1. A professional, sincere and customer minded approach
2. A mutually agreed upon time and date whereby we will provide a free estimate
3. A mutually agreed upon time and date to complete the project
4. Professional applicators that take pride in their work
5. A thorough preparation of the surface prior to the application of any materials
6. A clean and neat job site while work is in progress

Korbee Painting does not handle furniture or breakables. We do not empty cabinets, take down pictures, move china, or handle any items that may break in the process. We ask all our clients to ensure that the workspace is organized prior to our arrival. If you absolutely need assistance with heavy furniture, we can help. However, we will not be held liable if something accidentally breaks in the process.
